(i) Where an appeal has been dismissed under Rule 35 the appellant may apply to the Appellate Officer for the re-admission of the appeal and where it is proved that he was prevented by any sufficient cause from appearing when the appeal was called on for hearing the Appellate Officer shall restore the appeal on its original number. (ii) Such an application shall, unless the Appellate Officer extends the time for sufficient reason, be made within 30 days of the date of dismissal. (1) Ordinarily seven days notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting. (2) No business which is not on the list of business for a meeting shall be considered at that meeting without the permission of the Chairman.

(4) Where the application for amendment is refused, the licensing officer shall record the reasons for such refusal and communicate the same to the applicant. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

(1) The certificate of registration granted under sub-section (2) of Section 7 shall be in Form II. (2) Every certificate of registration granted under sub-section (2) of Section 7 shall contain the following particulars, namely-(a)     the name and address of the establishment ; (b)     the maximum number of workmen to be employed as contract labour in the establishment ; (c)     the type of business, trade, industry, manufacture or occupation  which is carried on in the establishment;  (d)     such other particulars as may be relevant to the employment of contract labour in the establishment.
