(3) Separate rooms shall be provided for women employees. (4) Effective and suitable provision shall be made in every room for securing and maintaining adequate ventilation by the circulation of fresh air and there shall also be provided and maintained sufficient and suitable natural or artificial lighting. (5) The rest-room or rooms or other suitable alternative accommodation shall be of such dimensions so as to provide at least a floor area or 1.1 sq. (6) The rest-room or rooms or other suitable alternative accommodation shall be so constructed as to afford adequate protection against heat, wind, rain and shall have smooth, hard and impervious floor surface.
